Born prematurely, resulting in impaired mobility and balance difficulties.
Age: 8 years old
Grade: Second Grade
Disability: Difficulty walking and maintaining balance due to premature birth.
Current Needs of the Child:
1. Two braces: one worn during the day and one worn at night while sleeping
2. Walking walker
3. Physical therapy: 3 sessions per week
4. Permanent medication for epilepsy
5. Occupational therapy: 1 session per week
Mohammed needs continuous support for therapy and assistive devices that help him move and continue his education more effectively. Providing these needs will improve his independence, quality of life, and give him a better opportunity to grow and learn like other children.
